- Selected as JKA Senior Head Coach for Indo-Pacific Cup in Mauritius. SA mens and womens team came 2nd.
- Grand Champion 1st place Kata and Kumite Mens Veterans Division SA and All Africa Cup.

- Western Province Coach (dojo members achieved 54 Medals)

2022

- Western Province Coach 69% of team medaled at SA Champs. (took 49 western province team participants from my Dojo and achieved 45 Medals).

- Appointed as Junior National JKA coach to attend the World Gichin Funakoshi Cup in Japan October 2020. (event postponed due to Covid-19 pandemic)

- Appointed Coach Of the JKA National Junior Team to attend the World Shoto-cup in Ireland in August 2017 (team achieved 1 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze).
